Holy Quran and Water

“ We (Allah) send down water from the sky in measure an lodged it in the ground and we certainly are able to withdraw it”. (Surah #23, 18-19 Verses)
“ Allah is the one who sends forth the winds which rised up the clouds He spreads them in the sky as he wills and breaks them into the fragments then thou seest raindrops issuing from within them. (Surah #30, Verse 48) "
 “ We send for the winds that fecundate. We cause the water to descend from the sky we provide you with the water you could not be the guardian of its reserves.” (Surah #15, Verse 22)
“ Do not the unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?”  (Surah #21, Verse 30)
 “And He it is who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and his throne was upon the water -  that he might try you, which of you is best in conduct.” (Surah #11, Verse 7)
“ Seest thou not that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and leads it through springs in the earth?” (Surah #39, Verse 21)

“ See ye the water which you drink?”  (Surah 56, Verse 68)

“ Do you bring it down (in rain) from the cloud or do We?” (Surah #56, Verse 69)

“ Were it Our will, We could make it salty (and unpalatable): then why do you not give thanks?” (Surah #56, Verse 70)

" Have you observed the water which you drink? Is it you who shed it from the rain cloud, or are We the shedder? If We willed we verily could make it bitter.  Why, then, give you not thanks?” (Surah #56, Verse 68-70)


“ And We send down water from the sky according to (due) measure, and We cause it to soak in the soil; and We certainly are able to drain it off (with ease).” (Surah #23, Verse 18)

 “ It is He who has created man from water.” (Surah #25, Verse 54)

“ And Allah has created every animal from water: of them there are some that creep on their bellies; some that walk on two legs; and some that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills for certainly Allah has power over all things.” (Surah #24, Verse 45)
